Bags of Help – Thank you for voting
We were thrilled to be awarded £10,000 in the first round of the Tescos and Groundwork community grant scheme ‘Bag of Help’.
We will keep you posted on plans for the upgrade to the Secret Garden, but in the meantime here are some photos from the garden – showing early spring flowers and dried grasses and seed heads.
Lovely weekend at the allotment
I spent a couple of hours on Saturday and Sunday afternoon tidying up and weeding. I was kept company by a little friend.
I also went for a walk around the site – there were lovely spring flowers around the site, here are a few.
